Received Backpack Cash for Divvy Points, Please
I received the backpack. Thank you to all that cared and helped. Please, implement Divvy points for ca$h in Chicago. Lyft has their reasons, the logic behind the decision to not offer Divvy points for cash, but the system is well embedded in NY which means it's something Lyft wants to sustain and an ongoing success. Why NY, but not Chicago? As I've written before, it's within reason to earn a years worth of Divvy membership in a short, but dedicated effort collecting points. With the bank, I have not ridden for points in months. Experience has shown, be careful what you wish for, and while that's prudent advice, Lyft credits haven't been enough motivation to ride, so I've had no incentive to run up the high number of points as in the past. Therfore, let's shake things up... Cash for Divvy Points, Please Thank you.Solvedjm7 months agoHustlin' Helper140Views0likes3CommentsHave not receive the 1099 tax form yet

I use the Bike Angels regard program and it's helpful when you get a membership extension of one week for every 20 points you redeem, and understandably you can only extend four weeks each month. That is until about one week ago, I redeemed 20 points to extend the membership from 1/9/24 to 1/16/24. On 1/9/24, CitiBike app showed that my membership expired and payment failed. So on 1/9 I called to discuss this w customer service and said they would look into it and email me. By 1/11, I did not hear back so I called to follow up with Cust service, They said they would look into it and the guy found it odd that I had not been updated sooner. So then I get an email mentioned: Due to a system issue, your Bike Angel Membership may not be reflecting the correct extension date. We have fixed this issue and your app should reflect the correct date within the next 3-4 days as everything refreshes. Please let our team know if you need assistance or have questions. We're standing by, ready to help. Thanks for riding with us. So it's now 1/13 and the correct membership extension until 1/16/24 still is not showing. In the meantime due to this "glitch" I cannot ride a bike!,v unless I renew my membership now, I will not since it should expire on 1/16. I feel I've been robbed several days of my membership benefits. Will Citibike add the additional days to my membership that I could not due to having to wait for them to refresh their systems?SolvedMikeM8 months agoResourceful Rider354Views2likes5CommentsNo prompt to select low assist after unlocking.

This is the 2nd time in 4 months that I haven’t been paid. Additionally, I was once again charged for a ridiculously long ride that I didn’t take. This resulted in an overdraft charge. Then, when you tried refunding it, I was charged AGAIN, leading to another fee. This is the sixth time it’s happened to me, every time because the system was wrong. One of the charges even came after the entire system had been down!! I presume you raked in tens of thousands of dollars from people who didn’t double-check their charges that night. On top of all this, if your erroneous charges drain my bank account while you owe me hundreds of dollars, you suspend my service if I’m $.35 behind. Hi. Since Mt Tabor is a park, the bikes enter reduced assist. HOWEVER,Lincoln/Harrison is a bike streets but it does indeed cut through the park at the south end. But Lincoln/Harrison is fairly steep, so just when you need the assist, you hardly have any! Due to the mountain, the other east/west bike streets in that area also have issues: Clinton to the south dead ends into the Clinton City park, and Division is a busy street. Davis/Everett to the north is tricky around 82nd, and both Burnside and Glisan are busy streets. My question here is a continuation of the one I asked in the Ask Anything thread, which did not seem to answer my specific question. But here I have a photo which highlights what I’m actually wondering. Does picking up from a valet station (that is the specific scenario that most impacts my personal choices) break a streak? Same for dropping off at a valet station but I myself almost never do that anyway. The previous responses, as I understood them, talked about whether or not a valet station is a pick up station or drop off station, but I can’t remember ever seeing such stations. On the app, what I see is just the valet icon w/o reference to pick ups or drop offs. Does that mean it is a neutral station? Like so (a photo from the beginning of this month): Usually when I want to pick up from this particular station, I am not specifically engaged in angeling. I’m usually having a meeting or appointmentin this neighborhood and want to just take a bike as a normal person, but I don’t want to bust my streak as a result. Being in normal person mode at such moments, I also am not particularly eager to go off walking to another station that is clearly neutral or designated as a pick up station. I do walk somewhere else, but it would be nice to know whether or not I actually need to do so to preserve my streak. A clearer answer would be helpful for bike angeling as well, but typically I can just avoid such stations while angeling. My main snag, personally, is when I’m being a normal bike riding member of the public.
