Thanks good to hear, heikkij ! I'm glad you're seeing your points again.
That being said, my apologies for any confusion the previous explanation may have caused. The region your app is set to will update with rideshare rides as well. For example, if you took a Lyft car ride in CHI, your app would reflect your account data for that region. Since you're not a Divvy Bike Angel, no points data would reflect while your apps region is set to CHI. Once you take a ride in PDX again, it will reflect your account data for BIKETOWN.
In regard to the reporting issue, Remco shared some helpful tips in this thread on the best way to report bike issues. Our recommendation for the best way to report an issue with a bike is to press the wrench button on the dock after you've returned your bike. You'll the receive an email that asks for more information in regard to what was wrong with the bike.
As a heads up, I flagged the grey 'submit' button on the rate/pay screen of the ride with my team to see if that's expected behavior. I'll update you when I find out more.
