Delay getting rewards

Hi,

I joined about 2 months ago and now reached 1500 points. I filled the forms to claim my rewards but I have yet to receive anything. How long does it typically takes to get them? There is no way to check that the requests have been received either. I would really like the key fob to unlock bikes without using my phone...
