    Hey there limetime88

    Currently, scooter do not earn points for your Bike Angel points other than in the Chicago/Divvy market! Additionally, scooters are not included in a BIKETOWN For All. You would have to apply for our Lyft Community Pass linked here by changing your residency to "Portland, OR," inputting the qualifying program they're part of, then clicking “Submit.”

Why is their no pick up points in Portland I've tried uninstalling reinstalling updating app everything and it doesn't show on the map only drop off for abandoned bikes. The program says it has pick up and drop off for bikes and it shows I do live in portland
