I live in Portland Oregon and there is no pick up spots. The other day I took a bike from a location that had 10 extra bikes over filled and moved it to a empty station. It ended my streak and made me start over to gain points then charged me. Also I picked up a scooter that was abandoned took it to a station with no scooters it charged me for that also tried to report it and get a refund and the person told me that she couldn't help me. Has the whole bike angel program changed in Portland can you no longer move bike from over populated stations. Because the only way I get points is for picking up a bike from a bike that isn't at a station and droping it off at one.Solved49Views0likes5Comments
Biketown 15 minute point calculation broken
Hi. I have submitted a bug directly to Lyft, but I just got a generic "bike angel 101" reply. Anyway, points are correctly shown on the map after the calculation on top of the hour and 30 past the hour. Points are NOT shown after the 15 & 45 minute calculation. Its simple to verify, just look for stations&bike after 00 and 30, then compare with what you see after 15&45. I have of course deleted&re-installed the app, and rebooted my iOS device, same thing. It might have happened after the "next gen" e-bikes&scooters were introduced this summer, but I was away at that time so can't say for sure if its related or not. Please escalate.
