Our first AMA wrapped last week with solid engagement from community members and the Bike Angels Team. The AMA conversation was a unique way to connect Angels with one another and the Bike Angels Team more deeply. We gained insight into some issues that Angels are facing, and provided a bit of context to some Angel questions and feedback. Our first AMA is scheduled for 6/21 - 6/28—We’re gearing up to chat with you and answer questions! This AMA will be more slow-paced than a standard AMA and will last a full week. With a growing audience, we want to allow time for community members to share the AMA with their friends and also use the program while contributing to the thread. The Bike Angels Team will check in here throughout the week to respond to questions. Some questions posted that weekend might take a bit longer to receive a response. We’re pumped to have this meetup to connect directly with Bike Angels! Get Answers Directly from the Bike Angels Team The Bike Angels Team is active in this community with members of our team monitoring and answering topics frequently. But, we’ve noticed some niche questions and feedback popping up, and some Angels that answered our survey expressing they’d like to connect with members of the Bike Angels Team more directly. So, we’re hosting a Bike Angels Community AMA! 🎉 An AMA, or Ask Me Anything, is a Q&A event that connects an audience with key members of their community. Our AMA will create a dedicated time and place for Angels to directly ask the Bike Angels Team questions. We’ve invited program and product experts and seasoned Bike Angels that are on the Citi Bike Team to answer your questions. Join us the week of June 21st - 28th to ask questions to the Bike Angels Team directly. We’ll post another update with full details about the event by June 14th.
