make it more obvious the leaderboard is monthly

When I first joined it took me a while to figure out the leaderboard is monthly!  Since that's the case please update the (Bay Wheels Android) app's "Leaderboard" link to say something like "Monthly ...

I also didn't realize it was monthly especially with such high numbers.
