Okay, as per RedDragon's suggestion, screen grab attached below. When I look at my profile, I see City Explorer, but circle just pulses, and arrow that was previously on the right side is no longer present.
My guess is that this issue is isolated to users with an extremely large ride history. The back-end query to calculate your explorer summary must either be timing out or need a really long time to complete. Try just letting it load for up to 10-15 minutes (you'll likely need to turn your screen timeout off).

Hmmm...last time it worked, it took maybe 5-10 seconds, but then it did show up fine. Don't think I have hit that many more new stations since then, and I have let it try to "load" for 10 minutes, but it never does change. I thought this functionality is looking at the actual different stations I have visited, not the number of rides I have taken. I have spoken to other users, who also say it is not working for them, so maybe it is a iPhone thing?

Hi, robertripps thanks for posting this question about City Explorer here and sharing the screenshot and version of your app. That is always super helpful when trying to identify an issue.
RedDragon's reply is pretty spot on here. This issue was raised by RickyDee in our AMA, and I looked into it. Riders with extremely high ride counts are experiencing issues seeing this load. I know that isn't expected, since it's measuring stations visited, not rides. I'm sorry that this issue is disproportionately affecting Power Angels and Bike Angels, since they have higher ride counts than the average rider. I know that's a pain, since you'd like to track your activity more than the average rider, too.

Well, maybe some day it will be fixed. I know it worked okay a couple of months ago, when I had already taken plenty of rides, but maybe once I hit 15K rides, that pushed it over the edge... ;). Thanks.

To be honest we built City Explorers as a little something for fun without really expecting that it would take off in the way we did, so we built something that performed generally okay for most riders, but it gets linearly slower with every ride (and there might be a point where we exceed a timeout and things stop working no matter how long you wait).
In order to make it fast we would need to do a pretty big redesign, which, personally, I think would be very gratifying, but unfortunately there are other things with higher priority right now.
