I'd like to give a shout-out to Karen who fielded my chat support request earlier this week. 😁🌟
I had docked the bike and the light turned green, but when I checked the app it said my ride was still in progress. I got immediate assistance via chat from Karen who resolved the issue and freed up my account in time to move another bike before the points flipped.
