Hi there, Skippy, thank you for visiting the community! I'm sorry to learn that your water bottle hasn't arrived and your support contacts didn't leave you feeling confident in your order arriving.
I looked at our most recent order submission, and I see your Casual Cruiser reward listed there. I would expect you'd receive your water bottle in the next couple of weeks, but please follow up here to let me know if you do not. I've been investigating cases of missing rewards to inform updates to our rewards process.
Based on my experience and the comments of others I am not optimistic. It’s not clear what I am waiting for. Is the item out of stock or are we waiting for someone to have time to send it out? Please advise.

I did get one award in between the two I mentioned, so my guess is supply issues. Good luck!

Hey there, NENC, glad to hear your gloves reward arrived, if I'm reading this right. I realize this must be frustrating, and I want to apologize for any troubles this has caused you.
It looks like you're waiting on your backpack and your bike key and those pins. I'm sorry you've had such a tough time collecting the rewards you earned, and I want to make sure these get reordered. Backpack shipments are slightly delayed, but should be resuming soon. Bike keys are available for order fulfillment. I'd like to make sure you receive both ASAP. I just sent you a DM to confirm your address.

Thanks for following up on this. I understand that missing rewards are a pain point for Bike Angels, and I want to reiterate that we are actively working to discover and resolve gaps in the fulfillment process. Community feedback like yours and others helps us to pinpoint and better understand the context and impact of issues.
To clarify about your specific order, I personally reviewed the order data, and can confirm it was sent to our vendor for shipment in the most recent order. (Rewards orders are placed once monthly, and our vendor ships them once monthly).
Regrettably, I don't have tracking on that shipment. As part of the improvements mentioned above, we're working with our vendor to improve insight into the tracking of missing orders. The next step if your bottle doesn't arrive in the next two weeks, would be to re-verify your address and resend the reward. I hope you see your water bottle arriving soon, but you're welcome to connect with me here if it doesn't arrive.
