Hey all! We wanted to clarify a few points about the program. If points are earned before the launch of our new rewards, they will not be counted towards the new reward as you already have reached the previous reward tier. In addition, we are not able to send historical rewards at this time.
If you've earned a reward after an update, you can expect to see an email about this. Rewards will then be sent out once we have a better idea of the order sizing needed. Our current estimate is in the upcoming few months. Thank you!
