Where is my steel bike key? It’s been months since I earned the reward and I haven’t gotten it. Was told there wAs going to be a change to the key so it could “fit” the docks. I rarely even use the key I have since I use the app I’m on my phone. The excuse appears to be hogwash.
sending emails to Lyft customer service is an exercise in futility. Reps are incompetent and seemingly just make things up. They’ve usually been lies.
Saddens me as a longtime member that the acquisition by Lyft has not come with improvements to bike share. I’ve been looking at bikes recently and am considering buying my own. Terribly disappointed by the new owners’ indifference to member concerns.
